# One student record across school branches

Each school deployment has one database shared by its branches and one school-wide identity per student. Enrollment and academic records retain their branch context, with staff access limited to authorized branches, so the student's accumulated history remains intact without creating another identity for each branch. Detailed internal branch-move workflows are deferred; the immediate planning priority is the recurring enrollment-to-final-grade cycle.
